韩国 vs 中国 — 国家债务
官方定义不同，比例的意义也会改变。
中国官方政府债务（中央+地方）约占 GDP 的 59%，高于韩国 D1 约 46% 的水平。但中国地方隐性债务争议很大，韩国也有 D1/D2/D3 的口径差异，不能简单按比例排位。
